A CLI for uploading and downloading files and whole folders to and from an FTP server with one command. Servers are described once in the config as profiles, and passwords are stored separately in an owner-only file or passed through an environment variable. Files are transferred in parallel, each worker has its own connection. Failed transfers are retried, and anything that still could not be transferred is printed as a list at the end. Speed can be capped with a common limit for the whole run. All remote paths are resolved relative to the profile's base directory and cannot go beyond it. The utility supports FTPS, a dry run without transferring and skipping already uploaded files.
